Chee Keong Cheung
Managing Director
Chee Keong Cheung is an acclaimed British-Chinese writer, director and producer. His action horror feature Redcon-1, an action packed epic featuring Zombies vs Military, picked up multiple festival awards worldwide including ‘Best Action Feature Film’ at the Urban Action Showcase Festival which celebrates diversity in action cinema held at HBO, Times Square in New York. It was released theatrically in the UK, Japan, Taiwan and Mexico. The film was also picked up by Showtime in the US and Netflix for various territories.
He has recently finished directing three features, The Experiment, Bad Day at the Office and Son of the Soil, all due for release in 2025.
Andreas Roald
Director - Board of Directors
Andreas Road is the founder and CEO of Sovereign Media Group. Andreas started his media career in 1991, presenting a Saturday night Norwegian national television show.
Andreas has over 20 years experience in investment and finance in film and media and has advised several investment banks, asset managers and hedge funds on their media interests.
He holds a B.A in Film and Media Studies from the University of Sterling and a Masters of European Audiovisual Management from the Media Business School in Madrid.
Ioanna Karavela
Producer
Ioanna has produced and production managed a diverse number of award-winning short films, online content, and factual programmes for Channel 4, BBC, News UK and The Times.
Her debut feature as Producer entitled ELIMINATE: Archie Cookson was completed in 2011 and screened at festivals worldwide including Palm Springs International Film Festival and is currently available on Amazon Prime and Flix Premiere.
Ioanna has also produced the award-winning action-horror Redcon-1, and the upcoming The Experiment and Bad Day at the Office.
Oliver Morran
Development Executive
Oliver has advised, consulted and helped develop many innovative feature film scripts across genres, primarily focusing on character development and structure.
As a successful writer, he was one of 50 screenwriters to be entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for the record breaking feature film 50 Kisses, which achieved the world record for the most number of screenwriters. His other writing credits include the award winning British features Underground and Bodyguard:
A New Beginning. His upcoming credits include sci-fi horror The Experiment starring Rhona Mitra and Famke Janssen, and POV action thriller Bad Day at the Office starring John Hannah and Radha Mitchell.
Almar Haflidason

Almar Haflidason is the co-founder and Managing Director of the entertainment PR specialists Fetch Publicity in the UK and the spin off social influencer agency Fetch Friends that works extensively across the book, entertainment and toy trade.
To date Almar and his company have worked on many break out movie releases including Ong-Bak, District 13, Insidious, Sinister, The Raid, It Follows, Annabelle, Your Name, Weathering With You, Belle and more amongst hundreds of successfully handled projects. Almar’s love of genre films and the fan scene led him to create the Shameless Screen Entertainment and Arrow Video brand concepts as well as also being involved for many years with the iconic brands Manga and Hong Kong Legends.
Noel Goodwin
Talent Development Director
Noel Goodwin was previously director of BFI Future Film Festival, showcasing and supporting filmmakers under 25, from 2008 to 2019 before managing the BFI Film Academy Plus fund, supporting rising UK filmmakers.
During his tenure, he supported the early work of filmmakers including 2023 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner Charlotte Regan (Scrapper), Rye Lane writer Nathan Byron, Polite Society director Nida Manzoor, Bogeyman director Rob Savage, and Lockwood & Co. director William McGregor.
